Residency II: April 3-5, 2019, Concert: Friday, April 5, 2019 at 7:30 PM.
Recipients of the American Music Center’s Trailblazer Award and the Chamber Music America/ ASCAP Award for Adventurous Programming, ICE’s 35 members are soloists, chamber musicians, commissioners and collaborators with the foremost musical artists of our time. NYC-based ensemble serves as artists-in-residence at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts’ Mostly Mozart Festival. Their residency at DePauw will culminate in this season’s final Green Guest Artist concert.

Come on out for fun, food, music, and festivities for every First Friday’s.  Some First Friday’s are outdoors, others have indoor festivities during the colder months.  Always fun times.

Our free, annual Robe-Ann Easter Egg Hunt will be held Saturday, April 13 at 10:00 AM for ages 1-11 years old. Search for prize/candy filled eggs and for special redemption tickets for a chance to win even bigger prizes!

Easter Egg Hunt will be at the Reelsville Firehouse. All participants/children will receive a free fire department backpack. There will be 3 golden eggs (one per age group) as well as lots of candy. All participants and parents will register at the Firehouse prior to their hunt times.

Come join the fun this Easter season as we are on the hunt. We will have prizes from many local vendors like Dairy Castle, Monicals and Crickets. We have some big prizes for Kings Island, Holiday World, Pacers and Colts.. Don’t miss out on the fun for ages 0-18.

Sunday April 14th from 11:00am-1:00pm. The community is welcome to participate in a brunch and meet the Easter Bunny. Craft stations will be set up so participants can make something special. Come decorate your very own cookie.

Sunday April 14th at 12:00(noon). Family & Friends of The Waters of Greencastle, mark your calendars for our annual Easter Brunch + Hunt. We will have categories for children ages newborn-12 along with games and of course brunch! Please R.S.V.P. to hold a spot at the table. (765) 653-2602.

Eight DePauw Students selected to perform as soloists with the University Orchestra Sunday, April 14th at 4:00 p.m. in Kresge Auditorium of the Judson and Joyce Green Center for the Performing Arts, 605 S. College Ave. Greencastle. The Orchestra’s music director is Orcenith Smith.

Our Brick-Mania Easter Egg Hunt is Tuesday, April 16 from 6:30-8:30pm (registration deadline one day prior by 4:00pm) for $13/person. Come out and free-build with our giant collection of bricks, participate in contests, eat and drink some treats, and take home your egg hunt prize of a LEGO© BrickHeadz™ Easter Chick. Open to the first 12 registrants with forms at City Hall or register online at greencastleparks.com

The Symphonic Band and University Band will present a joint concert on Sunday, April 28, in Kresge Auditorium — the Symphonic Band’s second performance of its inaugural year. The University Band will present music for chamber winds and full band, and for one work, Marfa Lights by Jeffrey Meyer, it will accompany a dance group, choreographed and coached by Debbie Grammel. Other works include music by Grainger, Sierra, Nishimura, Villa Lobos and Sousa.

General admission: $5
Seniors, youth and all students: Free
